Who We Are

We are a group of local residents in the city of Peachtree Corners that love the natural beauty of Simpsonwood Park. The distinctiveness and serenity it provides to the community should not be compromised by overdevelopment or decisions made without proper community representation. We strive to keep Simpsonwood free of the trash, loitering, and noise that would inevitably come from further development. We urge Gwinnett county to hear our concerns and work to conserve and preserve Simpsonwood, rather than develop another generic park. We also urge Gwinnett County to allow local residents of Peachtree Corners to nominate and vote for representation on the “Citizen Steering Committee” that will influence the park’s development.
